First Sealord Surety, Inc. (“First Sealord Surety,” or “FSS,” or the “Surety Company”) was founded by construction professionals who understood the need for an innovative surety company that uniquely married surety underwriting and construction engineering.

First Sealord Surety, domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on December 17, 1991, began operations on September 11, 1992. The Surety Company operates as a monoline insurance company underwriting surety bonds.

As a subsidiary of Sealord LLC, First Sealord Surety specializes in the provision of construction surety bonds. Other subsidiaries of Sealord LLC include the following: Broadlands Financial Group, LLC, HMS Victory, LLC, and HM Exchequer, LLC.
